About Me
After 15 years experience of senior leadership roles, I found myself asking, *Is this it?* For me it took Time, Courage and Support to finally realise there was more for me. I am a coach who is motivated by supporting my clients in finding out what more there is for them.
My coaching is accredited by the International Coaching Federation, so you can be sure of my credibility and the rigorous training I have undertaken to become a professional coach. I am a member of the International Coaching Federation and comply in my Coaching Practice with their ethics and guidelines

In-person and remote options

Work with me in person, at your workplace or online. I am located in Greystones and I travel to business clients in the Wicklow and Dublin South Area.
